Hamtramck Cat Assistance Team Fundraiser 2020-21
Donativo protegido
The effects of Covid-19 have been wide ranging and have affected the lives of many people and many organizations. Hamtramck Cat Assistance Team (HCAT), a 501c3 nonprofit rescue organization, is no exception. We would have had several fundraiser by this time of the year, but with the restriction placed on social gatherings, we have had to reach out through social media for help.
There are so many costs associated with helping homeless cats and kittens in our community and fundraising makes what we do possible. Since 2003, HCAT has been assisting animals by providing, food, water, medical care, emergency care, shelters, fosters and, for many, forever homes.
Winter is an especially difficult time of the year for homeless animals. With your help and generosity we can continue to help them survive some very difficult circumstances. "Mary", pictured above, needed emergency surgery to amputate her severely damaged tail, without the funding she would have had to been euthanized. She now has a forever home.
There are dozens of stories just like this one we encounter throughout the year. Please consider a final tax deduction for this year by giving to Hamtramck Cat Assistance Team HCAT.
We have so many animals on the streets and alleys of Hamtramck that could really use your help. We promise to continue our work 365 days a year. Please share this Go Fund Me page with your friends and family.
Happy, Safe and Healthy Holiday!
P.S. (Please Santa)This is "Nugget!" He was rescued by a local Hamtramck family. When he is old enough he will need eye surgery. If you would like to specifically help pay for his surgery write it in the note portion of your donation page. He is an adorable kitten who will also need a forever home in the new year!
