Casa Latina: De Corazon A Corazon

Become a part of the Casa Latina legacy! Jose Ruiz and his family took on the tradition of Casa Latina in 2004 after it had been shepherd by other Bay Area families over the years.  Its foundation has always been rooted in the community, and has had the honor to serve families and visitors from all over the world with healthy food and simple hospitality. "¨ 

In 2011, Casa Latina took on a financial risk when they bought the adjacent building next to the café and bakery.  The building space has been used for cultural and arts events throughout the year.  Since it's the building next door and its not directly connected to Casa Latina, we need your help to protect this investment and build an archway that will connect the Café to the space. 

We invite you, your family, and friends to contribute to the "˜De Corazon a Corazon' Campaign by April 7th to guarantee Casa Latina's presence in the West Berkeley community. In the spirit of Jose's philosophy of community;
