We Don't Want to Lose Him.. Please Help Save Goten

Hello everyone, we are Stefano and Silvia, and we're humbly reaching out for help for our beloved cat, Goten. He has a severe kidney issue due to a urinary blockage, and the treatment costs $5000. We don't usually ask for help like this, and it feels humbling, but it's the only way we can save him and keep our family complete and happy. Any support would mean the world to us.

He's just 2 years old, we don't have any insurance for him because he already has this condition so we can't insure him :( help us please.. we don't want to loose him!...
