is a Non Profit trade association that represents Hemp Businesses within Texas. The purpose is to support responsible legislation and defend businesses against unjust legal action. HILT is a powerhouse of Industry Leaders and it’s our duty to hold organizations and government accountable for violating our civil right.

City of Allen business owners are under attack. These owners have been singled out and retaliated against for nothing more than winning a democratic decision by the courts to stay open after numerous attempts to shut these businesses down. These attacks are unconstitutional and have resulted in the

arrest and the seizure of all inventory and forced closure of 9 locations simultaneously.

These attacks if gone unpunished could spread into other communities and could disturb the Hemp Industry for everyone. We must stand up for our rights in order to preserve the Industry.

These owners have lost everything; entire inventory, forced closure of their shops, and they face criminal charges. You may not know these people are but I assure you HILT has met each of the 10 owners in the Allen Hemp Coalition over the past few months and these are good people, family oriented, and all they wanted was a piece of the American Dream.

HILT calls upon fellow patriots and Hemp entrepreneurs to stand up for these individuals and show compassion by supporting in their legal fees as many of them have zero income due to the forced closure of their shops. One day you may need assistance and HILT and it’s members will be there for you too, so please do what you can $100 - $250 - $500 - $1000

Attorney fees will cost $25,000 in total to represent 9 Owners we are only asking for the team to come up with half. Thank you for your consideration and stay safe.
