To find someone in your lifetime that you can truly call a friend is a rare find in itself. I've known Andy Russell since I was 16 years old. I was invited to one of his seminars in Philadelphia and was instantly intrigued by his fighting system and approach. The rest is history! We've coached by side by side and share memories that are forever priceless. He's helped so many people in the fight world including myself. His training surpasses the cage and ring. He provides all of who he touches with great knowledge and advice well beyond just the fight game.

Today it's time to give back to a man who selflessly provided all of us with help when we needed him. Our guy will be undergoing serious surgery. I wanna reach out to everyone and say July 15th at Balance Studios HQ we will be holding a Mega Fight Seminar to raise money for Andy at this rough time. This seminar will have Muay Thai, MMA, JiuJitsu and more!!! Expect UFC fighters to world champions in JiuJitsu at this event. Please consider coming out that day or donating to this great cause.
