Ardingly Kenya service trip 2024

Hey all, our names are Iris and Lily, this July we have the amazing opportunity to join a service trip to Kenya. On this trip we will do a range of activities including; construction, teaching lessons and visiting orphanages. It allows us to understand the challenges of others, and improves our compassion and empathy. The money we will raise will go towards funding a new IT suite as well as the lunchbox scheme which provides food for the children in the schools, for some it will be their only meal of the day. Some of this money also goes towards fresh water pipes to provide clean water for the students. Some have to walk miles to school each day, so it is important that they are hydrated to be able to concentrate in school.

We plan to do a danceathon later this year, but currently we are just collecting donations beforehand.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated as this is such a good cause, we really hope we can make a difference-every small donation makes a difference.
