Bruce Harmon Funeral Expenses

Hi my name is Nicholas McCormick

I am a friend, confidante, SKVinyl Co-founder & fellow record collector of Bruce Harmon.

I am starting this GoFundMe for his funeral-related costs incurred to his newly wedded wife/widow, Allison.

Bruce died unexpectedly Tuesday November 26th, 2024 from a heart attack while recovering from major bowel surgery in RUH, Saskatoon, SK. This was a sudden loss which I'm sure will be felt by many in our SK Vinyl Community https://www.facebook.com/groups/SaskatchewanVinylRecordCollectors

& other communities was a part of.

I,like many, found Bruce to be a gentle friendly spirit with a love of life, others, his wife, friends and of course music and records!

He would go to the ends of the earth to find a gem for others or himself... I

will always cherish the few he found for me.

Like many of us, Bruce struggled with his mental health, but lately he was winning this battle. He inspired me to keep going at some of my lowest points these last 8 years.

We had become fast and solid friends since we and a few others conceived th SK Vinyl Group in March 2017.

We talked several times a week, about music, mental health and his big plans, such as falling in love and marrying Allison Harmon.

Life had other plans for Bruce, but as the Warren Zevon songs says

"Keep me in your heart"

My heart breaks for us all, especially you Allison!
