Build the 1st mosque in Eldorado...In Shaa Allah

Assalamalaikum dear brothers and sisters...

It has been a long time dream of the Arshad family, close and extended that a mosque be built in the Eldorado County area. As our families were the first members of the Muslim community to settle in Eldorado County, specifically the town of Madoc.

3 years ago, Mahboob Rubbani Arshad purchased a old church building along Highway 62.

The building is fully paid off, however the interior and exterior are in a total state of disrepair. Rubbani's Construction and Contracting Inc., will be performing the renovations, In Shaa Allah, led and guided by Mahboob Rubbani Arshad.

All construction and renovations permits have been approved by the township of Madoc and from MTO office, Some of the work has been started and is in progress but unfortunately due to lack of funds the work is being put on hold.

Since Mahboob Rubbani Arshad and Rubbani's Construction, have mainly been bearing all expenses so far and due to high increase in costs of all building materials, it is getting very difficult to keep the work going.

Therefore it is our humble request to our community to please donate generously, to help this noble cause reach it's goal of becoming the first house of Allah in Eldorado County and surrounding areas, In Shaa Allah.
