Carjacker crashed stolen car into my car

Hello my names Alex! On Monday February 19th, 2024 a carjacker stole a vehicle from a woman up the street from where I was driving and sped away before crashing into my car. After he crashed he tried pulling a girl out of her car who pulled over due to the crash and also tried carjacking her so I chased and and tackled him, restraining him until police arrived on scene, however my car was pretty badly damaged and my insurance deductible is $1,000 which I’m currently unable to afford. I have no transportation to and from work now unless I pay the deductible and I don’t know what to do. Anything at all would be greatly appreciated and would help take a very large burden off of my shoulders. Thank you in advance.
