Hi, my Name is Jan Kelly. On July 27th my son Jake was attacked and beaten and kicked nearly to death, In Phoenix, Arizona. He died on September 8th, of his injuries. He had cranial fractures, broken ribs, punctured lung, a crushed facial structure and many other injuries. He lived through 3 surgeries, 1 for 8 hour facial reconstruction, 1 because his colon died, 1 to remove debris and his gallbladder. He suffered all this time and never regained consciousness. His body finally gave out on September 8th. There is no dignity in what he went through. Jake was a guy man and I firmly believe this was a hate crime. I firmly intend to find the people who committed this heinous crime, hold them responsible and see that they are punished.

My home is in Texas. I need funds to stay here in Arizona. I have given news interviews and intend to give more, to keep Jake's story in the news. If the police fail, I will hire a private investigator. I need help to keep Jake's story alive. Please help me.
