My cousin Dillon lost his battle with cancer on April 19th. We are hoping to raise enough money to help his wife, Sam, with end of life costs and future expenses for Sam and his four kids, Levi, Starley, Demitri, and Malakai. We will update everyone with details for his celebration of life.
A final farewell from his wife:
There’s no one way to describe the events of the past days. I honestly have started this post over 50 times but there’s no way that makes it any easier to say that my baby, my sweet husband, my partner in crime, the other half to my existence is no longer here.
Oh Dillon you fought so hard for so long! My warrior man my hero. You saved me and showed me what it what like to have such a deep love and connection with someone that you would go to the ends of the earth for. It’s cliche to say you were my better half because you were, you guided me become who I am today. Dillon, not like most you dove headfirst and became a father to 4 beautiful children who adore you and love you unconditionally as you did back. We talked about how that was our dream, not to live for possession but for each other, live a life with our children to go and learn and experience the world and the gift of life that so many take for granted. You baffled and amazed everyone with your strength and will to heal , even medical personnel. You inspired hope to so many through your journey and baby I will continued to always do as we intended. Your so intertwined in our life that I know your still here watching over us and a presence and love that yours will never die. I love you to the moon and back Dillon. Forever and always
