Hello, my name is Abbi. I know a lot of you have seen me around online, or maybe even in your game lobbies, stream chats, discord servers. I adore being social and going out of my way to chat and game with all you wonderful people. Life is life though, and I've been dealt a pretty hard hand.

I live with my family, there are five of us and we barely manage to make ends meet in today's economy. My father suffered a crippling back injury a few years ago and cannot work as he once did. It has all but immobilized him from any hard labor or long hour shifts. He has a medical spinal stimulator implanted in his lower back that helps him manage any discomfort, but he still suffers with long periods of pain. He was denied disability by the state twice, and cannot move forward with another application.

I was forced to leave my job back in 2021 due to Covid, and because it was a childcare position, I have struggled to find another steady paying job that can cover all our costs. Myself and my family are facing a lot of financial struggle, and the money is just not coming together the way I thought it would. The city I live in, costs of living are rising like many others I'm sure all of you have experienced, and the job market is not as forgiving as it once was. We would greatly appreciate any and all donations to help cover costs in this difficult time.

One of our main sources of income has stopped entirely, and that has left us in an emergent state of needing some help until I can secure a steady income. I won't reveal too many personal details about further difficulties my family is facing to respect their privacy.

Our main priority is to relieve the crippling rental debt we have regarding our living situation to avoid facing eviction. There are just no other forms of assistance that can aid us with the situation we face in the capacity we need. I know a lot of you have your own struggles, but if you have anything to spare or offer, it is greatly appreciated. I have always had faith in the the communities I am in to come together and do wonderful things for each other. Thank you all for taking the time to hear me out and learn about my current situation. The goal I have set is to cover all overdue balances, and ensure a safety net for the next few months. It will also allow me to set aside money in the case of needing to rent a moving truck if we cannot remain in our current home.
