Hello,
I am Ibrahim. I am 26 years old. I studied law at university. I worked as a lawyer for a short period, but since October 7, everything has changed. We were displaced from our home to Al-Mawasi in Khan Yunis. I lived for a period of time in a tent with my family. Then we were displaced to Rafah. When Rafah was entered, we were displaced again, and now we live again in Khan Younis. My family and I are in a tent that is not fit for living.
We are 9 people in one tent, 6 adults and 3 children, and there are no minimum necessities for life. I lost my home, my job, my future and my dreams. I have absolutely nothing left. We have children who need healthy food and clean water. My father is old and has chronic diseases and needs health care and there is none here. There are no treatments or medications for him.
We need money so that I and my family can escape this genocide and bring back some of what we lost. The donations will be used to evacuate to Egypt if the crossing reopens. If not, funds will be used to survive within Gaza and hopefully to rebuild some day.
Evacuation fees breakdown from prior to the storming of Rafah:
$5000 x 6 adults = $30,000
$2500 x 3 children = $7,500
Total: $37,500
A donation of any amount brings hope to this family. Please consider sharing or donating to aid their survival in Gaza.
