Alwyndor is an Aged Care provider located in the beautiful seaside suburb of Hove.

At Alwyndor we are expanding our holistic approach for our residents to improve their independence and well being by:

• Improving quality of life

• Enhancing physical & cognitive health

• Maximising individual strengths & capabilities

• Promoting a vibrant community atmosphere

To do this successfully we are creating a brand-new residential Gym space with dedicated equipment that incorporate targeted exercises for specific issues related to ageing which may prevent falls, improve bone health, increase muscle mass and reduce pain.

We are currently seeking donations from our community to assist us in raising funds which will be used to purchase the equipment needed.

You will be contributing towards our residents' physical, mental and social wellbeing to live their best lives.
