Help for the Potts Family

Martha, a loving wife, mother, and devoted teacher at LCPS has recently had a fast growing and aggressive brain tumor removed. If you have met Mattie, you know you have a friend and a cheerleader for life. As she bravely battles this Glioblastoma (GBM), she could use our help in alleviating the additional pressure of meeting her mounting financial concerns. She is an amazingly strong person, but she could use our support on this journey. Please consider donating what you can for this fighter, this hero, this amazing woman.

As she continues her fight, funds will be used for her family to cover the cost of her missed wages (LCPS eliminated the sick bank and in order for her to get long term disability she needs to have 30 days unpaid leave before that kicks in), medical bills not covered by insurance and any other unexpected costs that come up with any terminal illness. We would like her family to focus on caring for her without the stress and worry of bills or anything other expenses that may arise

She got to ring that bell once two years ago and we are hopeful we get to see her do that again this time.
