Kelly started getting migraines in her early 20's, then at 26 was diagnosed with brain cancer and had her first surgery. Immediately after started chemotherapy for 12 months. After that she was in remission until January 2016 in which it started growing and underwent radiation and more chemotherapy. For 2 years was stable then in 2018 receiving news the tumor started growing again. She went through her second surgery in which they discovered the cancer became more aggressive. Therefore started on another form of treatment and heavy steroids which have heavily impacted her. Therefore she needs additional care in her continuing battle (nearly 10 years now).
