GARY My French Bulldog is in need of Urgent HELP
Donation protected

Hi. My name is Jacqui.
I am reaching out in the hope that anyone could please help in any way that they can ❤️
Our beloved French Bulldog Gary who is 5 years old has been really poorly over the last few weeks. The vets thought he had an upper respiratory infection and prescribed 2 different types of antibiotics both of which failed. They misdiagnosed him but have still charged us for every treatment.
On Monday 29th July he could not breathe at all and his back legs weren't moving. We rushed him to the vets where they had to sedate him and they sent him accompanied by a nurse to a specialist centre in Manchester. He has no infection but his larynx has swollen so much that he cannot breathe on his own - as of yet we have had no answers as to why this happened. He has had a tracheostomy and is currently breathing through this tube at a specialist veterinary hospital in Manchester to try to recover so he can come home to us. If we cannot raise the amount of funds that are needed it will break my heart more than it already is because the hospital will have to stop with his treatment.
As responsible dog owners we have insurance for Gary which covers him for 8k per year.
We have used the full 8k and so far gone 4k over. We are selling our possessions to try to raise further funds but wondered if you could please help.
Gary has been a special companion to myself through a traumatic brain haemorrhage and has been there after each operation since. He's also been with me when I lost both my mum and dad just a few years apart. He's been there so much for me that I want to do anything to save him and get him home.
Please please donate if you can.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
