I'm starting this campaign for those of you that have expressed interest in donations for my parents.  They got over 3 ft of water inside of their house and so have lost everything.  Luckily, my dad has a boat and was able to get them out safely and then proceeded to help rescue 40 plus people throughout the day.   

My mom is 11 days post-op from knee replacement surgery so they didn't have a lot of time to get anything but themselves out of harms way.  The monies collected will help them during this transitional phase until they can survey the damage and start cleaning and rebuilding.  It will be used to purchase clothing, help with thier medicines and anything else that is needed in the day-to-day.
