REMEMBERING GYPSY. D.V MURDER triple fatality

if you know the headlines, hear the radio or scroll socials at the moment , you will probably know the name and if you don't lets learn it :

   The 34th woman to have her life cut short.   due to domestic violence she was un able to escape . The 34th woman to die at the hands of a "partner" .

Gypsy. 

Our beautiful Daughter, sister , friend and 2 little girls lost their mother, Gypsy lost her life , along side 2 other innocent people that also had husbands, wives and children . This was all at the hands of someone who made her go with him. He was supposed to protect Gyps, and someone who claimed he loved her , while , injured as he was sitting next to the wreckage . 

 but somehow instead of being kept safe and going back to thos ... she ended up on the side of the Bruce highway , alone, in the dark somewhere between 3.40 and 4am waving a car down desperately looking for someone to save her... to take her back to her mum , her safety... anyone who knows gypsy , knows that this is not something she would ever ever do for no reason. She was scared. She was running for her life. 

She was running from someone who had in his head : cause her pain, hurt her... Someone stopped for her a 65 yr old man.. . But that made him (RAFFERTY) more aggressive with his tact and he rammed into the car at high speed causing gypsy and the , unknown 65yr old male driver to crash , a man trhing to help her lost his life. Thats a a hero in its self. they sadly died on impact, and before rafferty knew it he added one more victim to his list , another woman ,jess aged 38, whose birthday was only a couple of days before her life ended. She celebrated that with her children and husband...that won't ever happen again for any of the victims.

 This fund and post isn't about revenge or causing more pain or using words to Create a hate campaign or sway anyone's opinion

However with all our feelings and emotions running high  Hate and revenge is not what is needed nor wanted. It's about awareness, honesty, justice and giving gypsy something she deserved, a celebration of her life and everyone that got to see her beauty and feel her magic. being able to help set her beautiful daughters up for a future without their mother, just like gypsy would want . 

Life hadn't been kind to her, in so many ways , it threw roadblocks and made every move forwards , hard. but she still showed up every dam day and fought a battle of fighting for a better life, knowing she could nearly touch it finally , smiling , laughing and loving her way through all the set backs. Just for rafferty to take it before she had the chance to live it. 

This is about giving gypsy the final goodbye that she truly deserves...that her family and friends NEED ! 

So we can share , greive and remember who we will now forever miss, but always hold close to us. All we can hope is that we can do her proud and get the justice the 3 victims deserve from an act of domestic violence. 

 Anything that is donated towards Gypsys fund , will be going direct to her younger sister to distribute between her final farewell and to support her 2 daughters with any upcoming financial needs/extra needs after their mothers brutal death. 

Please , lets show gypsys family all the support we can in this desperate time and help them achieve the goodbye and some form of financial peace of mind they all deserve right now. Any donations to gyps are hugely appreciated and we are all so thankful for the huge amount of support behind us and the other families affected.
