Help me raise funds for Dementia UK

During January I will be walking 10,000 steps a day to raise money for a charity that is very special to me and my family.

Just £30 could help pay for one person living with dementia to receive an hour of invaluable practical and emotional support from a specialist dementia nurse.

Dementia UK are the specialist dementia nursing charity that is here for the whole family. Their nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia.
