Help my Family Escape Death One Last Time

Dear Friends and Supporters,

This campaign aims to raise £50,000 to help my family evacuate to safety in Egypt. In the midst of a relentless war in Gaza, my family has faced death four times, each instance a narrow escape from imminent danger. Their journey from the Al Tuffah neighbourhood to a temporary shelter tent in Khan Younis to Deir Alabalh has been fraught with peril, and now they need your urgent assistance to find refuge away from the horrors of war.

Their Story of Survival

1. The First Escape: Salah Eldain Street - A Narrow Miss

Residing in the Al Tuffah neighbourhood of East Gaza, close to the Israeli borders, my family experienced their first brush with mortality. During an evacuation, a vehicle just ahead of them on Salah Eldain Street was destroyed in a strike. Miraculously, they survived, marking their first harrowing escape.

2. The Second Escape: The Bombing in Khan Younis

Finding temporary shelter in an overground basement in Khan Younis, shared with three other families, they thought they had found safety. However, one terrifying night, their refuge was bombarded. Amidst the rubble, they emerged alive but shaken, fortifying their resolve to endure.

3. The Third Escape: The Strike Near Their Tent

Their most recent ordeal was a week ago. Residing in a tent in Khan Younis, an Israeli strike demolished a nearby building. This close call was a stark reminder: nowhere in Gaza is safe.

4. The Fourth Escape: Invasion Near Alsinaa

The latest danger came when Israel invaded the area of Alsinaa in the south of Khan Younis, where they were sheltering in a tent. With danger encroaching, they had to flee from the mouth of death to a new, albeit less dangerous, area. This escape from one deadly area to a less deadly one underscores the constant threat under which they live.

Plea for Help

My family, including my father with a weak heart and my mother, a chest disease patient, along with my five sisters and two brothers and their families, desperately need your assistance. We aim to raise £50,000 to facilitate their safe travel to Egypt.
