Help Navie Rebuild Her Home and Life

Hi! My name is Navie and a year and a half ago I rented my house out to a woman named Teresa Kleiboeker. She claimed to have cancer, told me that she had no family, two kids, and nowhere to go. Everything was fine until she stopped paying rent on time and then went a couple of months without paying anything. I kept allowing her to stay and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that she would pay, and she was having a hard time because she had cancer and was probably sick. Everything she told me was a lie, and now I'm left to deal with all of these damages to my home while she fled out of state to Wichita Falls, Texas. After posting on social media, I have learned that I'm not the only one she's done this to. I hope that if you are in that area, you can spread awareness so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I am a single mom that has been struggling for the past year. I've been going to school, I was in a car accident and didn't have my car for 4 months, and I recently went through multiple procedures on my back for multiple large herniated discs. This past year has been really hard financially on top of having to pay her bills when she didn't because it was an all-bills-paid lease agreement. I do not have the money to fix this, and I'm just devastated.

I provided her with a refrigerator, washer and dryer, stove, microwave, air fryer, the nice sectional couch, the TV stand, and that brand new bed and frame. All of which are ruined!

The front and back doors are broken, there's a massive hole in the wall, they burned my cabinets, and there's no telling what I'm about to uncover in the days ahead.
