Help Neighbourhood Farm recover from floods

Donation protected
Neighbourhood Farm has been devastated by flooding over the past 24 hours.

Neighbourhood Farm is an urban market garden in Oxley that is dedicated to regenerating the soil, local environment and community. They grow incredible produce directly for the local community, at prices which anyone can afford. They also supply cafes and restaurants, host workshops, and contribute to volunteer days and community events. Through their work they are reconnecting people to agriculture and inspiring them to live more sustainably.

Matt, Micah and the team have salvaged what they can, but the flood waters are still rising so it's difficult to assess the full extent of the damage. At this stage the whole farm is underwater, including freshly planted crops, compost bays, tools, seedling houses, irrigation systems, green houses and associated infrastructure. After spending years nurturing the land and building their business from the ground up, the team are shocked, overwhelmed, and devastated at the enormity of the impact this will have on the farm.

Matt and Micah have given so much to their local community, and now it's time to return the favour by showing them your support and helping them get back on their feet. Rebuilding a farm from scratch will be no easy feat, so please give what you can and spread the word to help them through this difficult time.
