Help send Commissioner Shannon home.

Shannon McDonald was an inspiration to many. She touched the hearts of everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. Her smile lit up every room she walked into. She truly had a zest for life. She was an amazing mother of five and grandmother of two. As Commissioner of Lancaster she was passionate about improving the city. She genuinly cared about the community. Her life tragically came to an end yesterday afternoon when she was involved in a two car collision along with three of her youngest children ages 5 to 12. Shannon and her children were rushed to the hospital where our friend Shannon sadly passed away. Her family will need help with funeral services. Anything is appreciated. Please help us send Shannon home.
