If you would like to support Jake, so we can save for a trip to an epilepsy awareness day(convention) at Disneyland Resort for his birthday which happens to be on the same day as his birthday! We would greatly appreciate it. This would be awesome for Jake to attend,to be able to see that he is not alone in this fight and to meet other children struggling with this same disorder that is so hard to see any child go through. We would also be able gain more information from other parents/children who will be attending the event. Plus his neurosurgeon will be presenting at the convention!
