Jeff Kirkland rehab transfer cost

My father Jeff was in an accident and broke his back, the hospital wants to transfer him to Craig hospital in Denver Colorado the transport cost is not covered by insurance and he has to be moved by air which is going to cost $10,000... we ask for any help possible..
