Covid-safe moving, firewood, medical transport

Howdy, this is Cogwerks, one of the devs from ss13.co
My partner and I are facing a pretty dangerous situation right now. She's been dealing with a degenerative neuromuscular condition and just got some very scary test results back indicating she likely had a recent heart attack.
Appointments and medical imaging and specialists will be covered by insurance, but all those out of town lyfts quickly add up at 60-100 round trip.
We will be moving on November 1st for better proximity to care, CoVID safety becoming unmanageable in the household, rent went up too much, and because of tons of traumatic memories from our cat's hospice care and death here.
I'm extremely high risk for mortality or organ failure if I catch covid as I've got an immune-system disorder that put me nearly into kidney failure. Partner cannot take any risks either with her conditions, and will not be able to help with much physical lifting while we move. Lots of complicating factors and risks piling up to make everything way harder than previous moves. We're looking to rent one of those curbside shipping crates.
Any help would be extremely appreciated. I'm working remotely as the tech-nerd for a non-profit and just picked up a second seasonal job for the holiday season, starting off slow with hours but slowly getting more as the season gets busier. Things are still pretty tight for now.
