My Tour De 4 Fundraiser to Fight Cancer

From being fit and healthy,never drank or smoked,I decided 3 years ago to attend a "Well Mans" clinic to check that all was well with the "engine" inside.This is just a simple routine blood test that the practice nurses will do.One week later the results showed that my PSA was 4.5,just slightly over the concern rate.. I was then sent for more test which diagnosed me having stage 4 prostate cancer and all the appropriate actions were quickly put in place.If I hadn't gone to be checked ,I wouldn't be living the active life that Il lead today.Since I applied for the Tourde4 I have developed MSCC and am now receiving chemotherapy treatment for the next 5 months.I am still determined to carry on with my training as you can't let the cancer get the "better of you"You must always stay POSITIVE! So my goal is to raise awareness for all men of all ages to have a simple blood test at your local medical centre. I cannot emphasize enough to make time to have a simple blood test wether you have symptoms or not as I didn't have any.!September 2025 I will embarking on the Chris Hoy Tour de 4 on a 56 mile bike ride to raise funds for the incredible work Prostate Cancer UK does on daily basis.Thank you very much for supporting a great cause ,as every penny will help.Please share this link, as someone you may know ,might need this great organisation in the future !❤️
