Northwest PPE Project
Donation protected
I found a simple way to use my 3D printers to make Face Visor Masks for the NHS to help with the COVID-19 shortage. I've been using spare plastic I have so far, so I'm raising money to keep production of these masks going. The components are:
- PLA Filament 1.75mm which I'll purchase from eBay and Amazon
- A4 overhead transparencies - I have about 200 already
- optional elastic , about the thickness of a shoelace
Any spare cash I will use to buy 3ply face masks from China to be donated to local care workers or GP surgeries.
Full face masks will be donated to hospitals
Spares will be donated to Local care workers or GP surgeries.
My friends and colleagues also helping produce PPE:
