We're Brandon and Stephanie Randolph, a husband-and-wife team carrying on a 5th generation tradition of crafting beautiful, one-of-a-kind caskets here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. We take immense pride in honoring loved ones with locally-sourced lumber and designs that celebrate their lives.

Just a year into our full-time journey, disaster struck. Hurricane Helene's wrath unleashed an unprecedented flood, leaving our workshop in ruins. Our partially completed motorcycle casket, irreplaceable tools, and precious kiln-dried lumber were all submerged in mud and water.

Since September, we've been unable to work, facing significant financial hardship while navigating this devastating setback.

Here's the challenge: obtaining a Patton (a special permit for our business) and covering the unexpected costs of rebuilding have pushed our initial goal even higher. We now need $85,282 to:

* Secure a Patton: Legal fees and permit costs total around $10,000.

* Rebuild our workshop: This includes:

* Concrete pad: $26,484

* Electrical upgrades: $9,500

* Building cost increase: $10,000

* Total rebuild cost: $75,282

* Replace essential tools: Specialized woodworking equipment needs to be replaced at a cost of $31,000.
