Hello, my name is Heather Fye. A few coworkers and I have decided to put together a fundraiser to help the Makos family. One of our dearest coworkers/friend’s family needs our help in this long medical rollercoaster they have been on. Jody and her family is one of the most giving, sweetest people we know and would never ask for help in this difficult time. Jody’s husband Eric has been in and out of the hospital since September of 2021. He has had many complications throughout this time and has been in and out of the hospital. He has been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease IGA vasculitis neuropathy which has attacked his good kidney and put him in stage 4 renal failure. The meds he was put on made his bones extremely brittle and caused multiple renal fractures. Unfortunately, he has had one complication after another and recently has been admitted to UW with septic shock due to infection in his blood stream. Jody has continued to juggle work, doing chores at home, making sure her children have everything they need, and the many visits to and from the hospital and nursing home. We are hoping to take away some financial burden on the family at this time. If you can donate please do so, and if not please just keep the Makos family in your prayers ♥️
