Remembering Monica Jo Hammett

Hello all,

It is with heavy hearts we are writing this.

Our family has endured a tragic loss.

On Sunday March 17, 2024, Monica Jo Hammett (Bozik/Moore) was taken from this earth way too soon in the event of a tragedy.

Monica was pure sunshine and light. Whoever had the pleasure of knowing her, they knew how much she loved her family, the Earth, and most importantly, God. Monica was there for anyone at anytime for anything. She was such a down to earth human and felt very connected to nature. The way she loved and cared for her family always made us feel so special, no matter the miles between us. Monica was such a hard worker and dedicated herself to her work. She always tried to better herself no matter the circumstances or situation, and encouraged others to do so in their lives as well. Monica will leave her memory everywhere, especially in the sky with every sunrise and sunset we have. She had such a wonderful love for the Earth and all it’s beauty. We hope everyone will remember her when the wind blows, sees her beauty in all things nature, and feel her love in the sunlight. Monica has left her family and friends with many memories that we will cherish forever. She will be deeply missed by everyone.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday April 22nd, 2024 (Earth Day) from 6 to 8pm at Faith Baptist Church in Madison Heights, VA with Pastor Dr. Dan Reichard officiating.

All proceeds from this Go Fund Me will help in taking care of some of the unexpected obligations that have occurred at this time. We are so thankful and blessed for anyone who would like to donate.
