Rita's Heart Surgery

Anyone who knows Rita Crouch, or has met her husband Chuck or one of their three school age girls (Jadin, Chaley, Siara) knows that she is an especially loving person with an extraordinary kind heart. But her heart is not doing so well, right now. You see, even though she is at a young age and you would never hear her complain or speak of her difficulties, Rita is living with a debilitating disorder that causes severe regurgitation of the heart, or more aptly put, mitral valve failure. 

Rita has just been told that she must undergo invasive open heart surgery next week to replace her mitral valve in order to correct this or someday face heart failure.

The emotional and physical toll from Rita's surgery on herself and her family is sure to be difficult as she will likely require quite a bit of time away from work for recovery and ongoing care.  Any donations that you can give to help offset the hardship from the cost of the surgery and resulting medical bills will be greatly appreciated and help ease the financial burden.  The Crouch's have been long time members of the Lebo community and have always readily volunteered to help others in need. Rita is employed by USD 243 at Lebo schools and Chuck works at Murphy Agri Grain Elevator in Lebo, Ks.  Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers at this time.
