Hallie is a good friend of mine, neighbor, and incredible mother. She works her ass off to support her family. She needs help getting her house out of foreclosure, paying lawyer fees, and getting back on her feet. Our community could make a huge difference in her family's life, please consider donating. ♡

"So many people are reaching out to me with help. Thank you. Joshua Millers mortgage company requires his signatures for me to resume communications with them. I have been occupying the property for 11 years. I am the SOLE entity on the deed. I pay to live here and have been given permissions by the courts to assume responsibility of the mortgage. Unless I can provide proof that he is either deceased or incarcerated, they wont even talk to me as much as to send me a mortgage statement. THIS is why I am behind. This is why I cannot refinance. This is why a loan in his name is the only thing stopping the kids and I from thriving in their forever home."

"In the Last 2 years we have had our electricity turned off for up to 6 weeks. Our water was turned off twice and we would refill 40 gallons of water jugs at my moms house to carry home. We grow food to save money because they cancelled my food stamps when I made "too much" money last year.

Anyway, he sold both our cars in divorce and took the money. I have never had a car of my own since. Doug's, Konans. Borrowed indefinitely. I have borrowed almost $10k in funds to cancel foreclosure. I have $3k in lawyer debt from divorce he never came to. When he lived here before divorce, I Venmo him money for mortgage each month and he stole it and let the house go to forclosure, so when I can back to live here he already left me with $20k mortgage debt to take back.

We could let the house fail. It's his credit and mortgage. But I paid good money to a lawyer to ensure we could stay here for the kids and I have court docs that say as long as I pay the loan and keep the deed I have every interest in this property and he has none. Therefore he is punishing me by neglecting us."
