Support Keisha and Dave's Medical Journey

My sister Keisha and her husband, Dave, are going through an incredibly difficult time. Dave, a dedicated truck driver who has always provided for their household, was suddenly struck by a serious brain infection and has been in the hospital for over a month, now in Iowa City’s intensive care unit. Keisha, who worked part-time caring for an elderly woman when not on the road with Dave, is now by his side every day. Although they had some savings, this unexpected situation has left them in need of help, especially with gas for the long trips back and forth, and to cover the lost income from Dave’s truck driving.

This is something they would never ask for themselves, but as a family member, I wanted to step in and offer a way for others who have expressed a desire to help.
