Support our local Tweed Heads Olympian

Moesha Johnson, one of our own, grew up in Tweed Heads, spent years training in Burleigh, and she’s now made it to the Olympics!

From years of carpooling to swim practice before the sun was up, to preparing huge post training meals, Moesha’s family have had her back every step of the way. This local Tweed family now has an Olympian for a daughter and I would love nothing more than for them to be able to watch her in Paris!

Event tickets are expensive, accomodation is expensive, and of course there’s flights. Let’s do what we can to support our local Olympian and her family

Maybe you’re like me, and you’re a student or don’t have a lot to give, but when we all band together, it adds up. Moesha and her family have invested so much over the years to get her to this point, and now she is going to represent us on the Olympic stage, let’s do what we can to support them!

All funds will go directly to Moesha’s Mum to help her support her daughter at the Olympics in Paris. In the event we do not raise enough for a flight, accommodation and most importantly an event ticket for Moesha’s Mum then the money will go to Moesha’s costs (you don’t get paid to compete in the Olympics!)
