Support Ricardo Medina-Rojas and Family

A tragic event took the life of Ricardo Medina-Rojas on February 3, 2021. Residents and staff at The Legacy Assisted Living are remembering Ricardo for his dedication, hard work and compassionate care. This GoFundMe page has been started as a memorial to our beloved employee and in support of Ricardo’s family – to whom everyone at The Legacy and SAL Management Group extend our deepest condolences. All funds collected will be provided to Ricardo’s wife and two daughters.

As we mourn the loss of Ricardo, residents are appreciating Ricardo for how he genuinely cared for them.

“Ricardo is an all-time winner, he’s not just a maintenance man. He loved everybody and he is loved by everybody. Anytime a resident had a problem with their home – whether it was changing a light bulb or something not working, he was there for them. He was a remarkable guy. He wouldn’t steal nothing from nobody! He’d rather give you something than take it. There’s nothing he wouldn’t do for anyone here.”

This Gofundme account was set up by Nate Boswell a manager of the management company in Colorado that employed Ricardo.  These funds will be given directly to Ricardo's wife, Olivia.
