LET’S  RAISE £40,000 by NY’sEve, 2021!

In celebration of Helen’s 40th
birthdate - and to acknowledge the loss of such friendship  and family lynchpin - the #THF40for40  amount raised would establish a special Arts Recovery Fund for the upcoming academic year, from
April 2021.


 Devon’s Teignbridge schools can then access the fund, to give Arts work - grievously affected by the pandemic - a real boost. 

Schools could:

* bring in professional artists for
   arts-week  workshops

*  buy in much-needed arts resources

*  devise a creative whole-school   arts project

* mount a major school production 

Schools individually would decide what will have greatest Arts impact for their school.

THE HELEN FOUNDATION: The charity subsidises schools to engage artists to work with  children in whatever art form the school decides, benefiting over 1000 young people a year. 12 individual
bursaries per year also support young people of artistic talent, but lacking the financial means to fulfil their artistic ambitions.
The Helen Foundation Award is given annually by many schools to one student who’s shown best endeavour in the Arts. All those working for the charity are volunteers.

This is part of the 2006 team that launched THF - an amazing start!
