Third emergency surgery for our frenchie Pixar

Hi, this is our french bulldog Pixar. He's only 4 years old and he likes to sleep, run after anything that makes noise, and waiting by the fridge for ice cubes. Being a bulldog also comes with the fact that he has a hard time keeping things out of his mouth. Earlier this year he had 2 emergency surgeries, one due to acorns blocking his stomach that he picked up on a walk and the other due to fluid leaking in his system as a result of the first surgery. That total was $9000. This is his third emergency surgery and without it he will have to be put down even though he has so much more to life. We had insurance that helped him with the first surgeries and we've been so careful to make sure he didn't eat anything wrong but he somehow found something at home and ate it. Now his stomach is blocked and X-rays show metal and clips and he may have intestinal perforation. He is a part of our family any help is appreciated and please spread the word.
