Dear Family and Friends,
My beautiful wife and mother of our children, Amber, suffered a massive stroke early yesterday morning. She was very fortunate to survive, but is currently undergoing a craniotomy to relieve pressure and bleeding on the injured area of her brain.
She will be in a medically induced coma following surgery and is facing a long period of recovery in the hospital followed by stroke rehabilitation. We know that this will be an incredibly painful journey filled with many hurdles, and I am so thankful my wife cleared the first one.
Amber and I have been together since we were in middle school; she has been my rock and best friend, and our family needs to focus solely on her recovery and the road to healing-whatever that may look like. We are the sole care-givers to our two children, and are very grateful for any support as she fights for her life and health.
Amber has always taken care of us, and she now needs care for herself and our family. Your support means the world to us.
