The WitStock Fundraising Appeal
WitStock, the new Witley Village Fair, is planned for Saturday 10th May 2025– and the organisers need your help.
This year we are planning an event to be bigger and better than last year. Here's an overview of what you can look forward to in May;
Community focused local fair, from 12-4pm
Market stalls and local businesses and charities
An amazing selection of food and drink
KidsZone - lots of fun and activities for the younger visitors
Live music on our BIGGER and BETTER stage
Dog show
The Sundowner - the official afterparty with live bands and DJ until 10pm
But, we need your help. While the team behind WitStock is made up entirely of volunteers, happy to give their time and energy for such a great cause, we need to raise funds to pay for marquees, lighting, toilets, printing and lots of other things that go into organising a successful event.
If you run a local business and want to have a stall at WitStock, please get in touch via our website. What’s more, if you or your business are an integral part of our community and worthy of receiving a percentage of profits from this event, please let us know.
