Lisa lost her life on April 4th due to a long battle against drugs. Because of losing her like this it has been hard on all her family but especially her daughter Tia. We all thought that one day she would get the help she needs. But there seems to be a problem here in Manitoba. They allow drug users to sign themselves out of the program early and they also allow people who suffer from an overdose to sign out of the hospital the next day. Lisa suffered an overdose 3 days before her last overdose. If she was still in the hospital this would not have happened. We want to make awareness to not only people that have the addiction to drugs but also to the programs but need to do something more to help these people. We're asking for you to donate for Lisa's daughter Tia during this sad time to help with funeral expenses and just for Tia in general.  

Lisa's mother feels that she is going to do everything in her power to try to change the system in helps to support continuing being an advocate for those struggling with addictions to try to get more help with rehabilitating those in need. We appreciate your help in this time. Thank you!
