Accident Victims Hope Fund: Support Tulsa Families
Organized by PACE Tulsa Community Supporters
Behind every traffic headline is a life cut short and a family suddenly thrust into an unimaginable nightmare.
Recently here in Tulsa, our community felt this pain deeply with the tragic passings of Joshua Holahta on I-44 and Donnell "DC" Dabney near 66th and Lewis. These losses are stark reminders of the severe dangers pedestrians face on our roads every day.
In those first critical hours after a crash, grieving families aren’t thinking about street design or municipal codes. They are left scrambling to cover unexpected funeral expenses, hospital bills, and missed work while navigating a confusing system. That is where families get left behind—the police clear the wreckage, the lane reopens, and everyone else moves on, but the financial wreckage remains.
