Hello, my name Brian and I am setting up this GoFundMe account to raise money for a lawyer to fight for my rights as a father for my children. I share custody with their mother and she lives 2 hours from me now but the last 2 years she moved 3 1/2 hours away. In the divorce papers she is to meet me half way and she seems to never have a ride when its my weekend to see my children. She gets child support every week and still in 90% of her messegs to me she's calling me a deadbeat and worthless. She threatens to have me arrested when its my weekend to have the children if I come get them and she says she won't have a ride to pick them up. I have in the past driven the 7 hour round trips both ways just to have my children for my weekend. I can't afford to do that anymore as I was doing that for over a year. I have filed a motion for contempt back on April 6th 2026 but nothing has been yet and she is getting worse. Now she isn't allowing me to have them over the summer like we had originally agreed to. Yes she has legal custody of the children but we have 50/50 physical custody. I am doing everything that I can and I need a lawyer to get this to end so I can see my children. I want nothing but the best for them and for them to have a safe and loving home.
