Edward Harvey

My name is Edward Harvey. Over the last 15 years I've had 4 major medical emergencies. From the past ones I still owe $15000. I'm currently in physical therapy rehab after the hospital, having my lower right leg amputated and pneumonia which has already added over $5500 and will likely add at least 6000 more. I only have disability I don't own a a home or car There is no guarantee I can get anything waived through Charity Care. Please help me
