Just Vibe is Michael’s community brand, built around a powerful vision: creating a collaborative creator community and an affordable micro-homestead housing hub for independent creators and everyday families. Right now, so many people are being squeezed by rising living costs, a lack of affordable housing, and expensive studio fees, all while having little to no real support for collaboration and growth. That is what prompted this fundraiser. Just Vibe is working to secure 100 acres of land to begin building a physical sanctuary where people can live more affordably, create with purpose, and support one another in a meaningful way. Funds from this fundraiser will go directly toward purchasing the 100 acres of land, drilling deep wells for clean drinking water, setting up solar energy infrastructure, building the first phase of modest cabins, and subdividing quarter-acre farm plots. These steps will help create a place where families and creators can breathe, grow their own food, collaborate, and build a more stable future together. As Michael shared, this is about more than just homes. It is about building a sanctuary where hardworking people and passionate creators can truly thrive.
